SHIPPING INFORMATION

We thank you for purchasing from C.ORIGINALS and we are excited to get your order to you! That’s why we generally ship out all orders within 1-3 business days when inventory is on hand. Please note that this does not apply for custom orders. Please contact us for information regarding custom orders. The time it takes for your order to arrive will depend on where you are located and what type of shipping method you select.


All orders ship within 1-3 Business Days of received payment. Weekend orders will be shipped the following Monday.  Shipping addresses must be valid addresses, including post office boxes. C.ORIGINALS is glad to offer shipping to all Canadian provinces and territories!International shipping is also available at additional cost.  You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the delivery to you of merchandise purchased through the site. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


We offer two types of shipping. Standard (3-7 Business Days) and Express (1 -2 Business Days) - Domestic. Please note that delivery times are estimated only  and C.ORIGINALS will not be responsible for any damages or costs resulting from any delays in delivery. For Express delivery please contact us. 


Want to see where your order is at all times? Once the transaction is made, we will email you with a Canada Post tracking number so you can see where your package is at all times! Please email c.originals1@gmail.com if you do not receive your tracking number. If you have ordered multiple items, you may receive each item individually, on different dates.


ONLINE RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY


At C.ORIGINALS It is important to us that you our customer is satisfied with your online purchase. This is why we make the return/exchange process very easy for you. In order to keep our customers happy, we offer a 10 day return/exchange policy for online purchases. Please note that we do not offer refunds but exchanges ONLY.  If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason, you can return the product(s) to C.ORIGINALS for a product exchange of equal value. (May be multiple items to equal paid amount) Shipping and handling charges and customs and import duties will not be refunded unless otherwise specified. 


The following criteria must be met in order for an item to qualify for merchandise exchange:

- The order was shipped within the last 10 days (as evidenced by the Shipment Confirmation).

- The product is in the same condition as when you received it.

- The product is unworn.

- The product is unused.

- The product is unwashed.

- The product is undamaged.

- The product is in its original packaging with tags attached.


PLEASE NOTE THAT SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE. 

In order to return an order by mail, you must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To request an RMA, please contact us at c.originals1@gmail.com  Items received by C.ORIGINALS without an RMA will not be accepted. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping back to C.ORIGINALS.


PAYMENT METHODS

By clicking “Place Order”, you are confirming that the credit card, debit card, Gift Card or PayPal account being used is yours. Credit and debit cards are subject to validation checks and authorization by the credit or debit card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

In order to facilitate your purchasing experience, we are pleased to accept several methods of payment.


PayPal: You will be redirected to your PayPal account to approve the payment. Once approved, you will then be brought back to the Site to finalize your order.
